A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 8 for James E. Jackson (of Sylvia Lake and Monroe, GA) who passed away on March 1, 2016. Family and friends are invited to Gouverneur United Methodist Church for a 2:30 PM service, followed by a committal of his ashes at Riverside East Cemetery.
