Edward J. White, 83, passed away on Friday, April 23, 2021 in Melbourne, Florida. He was born on May 5, 1937 in Elmdale, NY to the late Clarence F. (Sr) and Doris M. White. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a brother Clarence F. (Jr), a son Archiel, and a granddaughter Olivia Jean.
He is survived by his wife of 4 years, Susan, his sons Edward R. (Cynthia D.), Gerald J. (Nancy S.), and Brennon Lewis (Patricia L.) White, his daughter Jamie S. (Ralph M.) Tsora, a brother Gordon K. (Ardis L.), brother-in-law Charles (his wife and their children), 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Ed worked for almost 25 years at St. Joe Mineral, Balmat, NY, before moving to the Melbourne area in the late 1980s, where he and his wife own and operate a Framing and Restoration business. He took great pride in his family, whom he loved unconditionally. He had a great sense of humor, was known for his “bad dad jokes,” and was always excited at how he could “MacGyver” most anything.
A memorial service was held in the Brownlie-Maxwell Funeral Chapel, Melbourne, Florida.
