Bonnie Lee Wylie, 58, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at her home.

Arrangements are private with the Green Funeral Home, Gouverneur.

Bonnie was born in Ogdensburg on November 23, 19764, the daughter of Nelson Roy and Yvonne Pearl (Farrell) Powell.

She married Everett Wylie on September 2, 2000 at Trinity Episcopal Church in Gouverneur.

Bonnie was previously married to Jeff Kloster who predeceased her.

She had worked as a bartender and for several municipalities as a dog control officer among other jobs.

Bonnie enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards, attending yard sales and auctions. She also enjoyed djing, playing and listening to music, picking on her dog Gunner, and spending time with her family.

She was a member of the Watertown VFW and Elks Club, and the Croghan American Legion.

Bonnie is survived by her husband Everett, her mother Yvonne Stevens, her children Johnathon Rafferty, Stacey Rafferty, Patricia Rafferty and her companion Bernie Miles, Jordan Wylie and her family, Lacie Wylie, and Daniel Wylie, and many grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Christine Sellers, Karry LaForest, James Powell, and Angela Roach, several nieces and nephews. Bonnie is predeceased by her father, her daughters Amy-
Jo Kloster and Shannon Rafferty, and her husband Jeff.
