Timothy W. Cousino Sr., age 62, of Gouverneur, passed away on Monday, October 10, 2016 at Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse.
Calling hours for Tim will be on Monday, October 17, 2016 from 10a.m. a.m. to 2 p.m. at French Funeral Home Inc., Gouverneur. A graveside service will follow at 12:30 p.m. at East Riverside Cemetery. Condolences may be shared online at www.frenchfuneralhomes.com.
Timothy was born on July 23, 1954 in Gouverneur, to the late Edward W. and Harriette R. (Boshane) Cousino Sr.
He attended Gouverneur Central School and then entered into the United States Navy and served until his honorable discharge.
A marriage to Caroline Berger and Jane Yerdon ended in divorce. Tim drove truck for a while before working construction, where he worked until he became disabled.
Tim loved to draw, play darts and loved cooking. He loved music, especially Elvis and enjoyed collecting various things.
Surviving are three sons, Timothy W. and Lynn Cousino Jr., Timothy E. Cousino and William K. and Carrie Cousino; four brothers, Anthony, Rodney, Edward Jr. and Floyd; five sisters, Annette Collette, Charlott Beldock, Michelle Swartsfigure, Sharon Seagrift and Judith Ross; four grandchildren, Willow, Ashley, Kelsey and Seth Cousino and several nieces and nephews.
Tim is predeceased by his parents and a sister, Joyce Wilson.
