Eric was always surrounded by the most loving, compassionate and loyal family and friends. He was the happiest when the kids were gathered around having fun bonding harmoniously.   He loved anything outdoors as he considered himself a "professional" hunter and fisherman, always chasing the big rack bucks or the biggest fish in the lake always while wearing a smile.
